Recruiting Process: What to expect

Here's a quick overview of how our recruiting process at Wonnda looks like:

1. Interview Series (3 rounds): We'll start with three interviews focusing on ensuring a mutual fit for the role and aligning with our company culture. These conversations are our chance to learn more about each other, discuss your experiences, skills, and aspirations, and how these align with our values and goals.
2. Reference Checks: For some roles, we might reach out to your previous employers for reference checks. This step helps us gain deeper insights into your professional background and accomplishments.
3. Get-to-Know Coffee: Let's make our discussion a bit more casual with a coffee meet-up in Berlin Mitte. It's a great opportunity for you to get a feel of our work environment and meet some of the team members in a relaxed setting.
